On a lovely afternoon in september Michelle and Jeremias tied the knot and celebrated their wedding at Relais Il Pozzeto in Tuscany, Italy. Their wedding was elegant, romantic and intimate. They had their dinner at a long table underneath fairy lights with their loved ones all around them and afterwards they danced the night away! I loved everything about their wedding weekend - it was one for the books!
